Calm for patients, practical for doctors
Our recent healthcare work includes Crystal IVF in Dwarka and New World Fertility Centre. Reception and waiting areas get warm materials, soft light and room to sit comfortably. Consultation rooms, procedure rooms and operation theatres are planned around hygiene, equipment and the way staff move between them.
At Crystal IVF that meant a white reception counter under a lit arch, timber ceilings in the waiting area and line drawings of mother and child, and stainless steel hospital doors alongside fluted timber ones.
Built to clinical standards
At New World Fertility Centre we removed the old partitions, ceiling and glass doors, then rebuilt the floor with operation theatre walls in blockwork finished with anti-bacterial paint, insulated partitions, a fire alarm system with smoke detectors, and toughened glass doors with fluted and frosted film for privacy.

Brief and site
We start with what the space has to do: the menu or the treatments, how many people it serves, the budget and the date you want to open.

Design and costing
Layouts, 3D views and working drawings, with a detailed bill of quantities so you can see where the budget goes before work begins.

Build
Civil work, electrical and plumbing, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes, run by our own project managers against the drawings.

Handover
Equipment in, snags closed and the space cleaned, so you get the keys to a place that is ready to open.
